The SOC Tri-Star competition is open to all SEYO members ages 7-14. The competition will consist of 3 skills events;
Dribbling, Passing, & Shooting.
Dribbling – Each participant will attempt to dribble through 4 cones spaced 8 feet apart and return as quickly as possible. This is a timed event.
Passing – Participants will be allowed 6 attempts, 3 bounce & 3 chest passes at a 12 inch circle at designated distances.
Shooting – Participants will be allowed 6 attempts, 4 free throw attempts & 2 attempts from outside the free throw area
Upon completing all 3 events, the scores will be totaled & the top 3 in each age group, boys & girls, will be awarded trophies. All will receive prizes for participating.
Sports Group coaches and parents are encourages to help at this event.
